📦 Shipping & Returns

At Hen Threads, each order is made with care, on demand, and just for you. Below you’ll find all the details you need about our shipping and return policies.



🕒 Order Processing & Fulfillment
        •       All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
        •       You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
        •       We partner with a global print-on-demand supplier (Printful), so your order will ship from the facility closest to your location for faster delivery.



🚚 Shipping Times & Methods

📍 USA
        •       Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

🌍 International
        •       Europe: 6–8 business days
        •       Australia: 2–14 business days
        •       Japan: 4–8 business days
        •       Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs delays or local postal services.



🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
        •       International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are not included in our prices.
        •       These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.



📦 Order Tracking
        •       Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
        •       You can use it to monitor delivery status through the carrier’s website.



📬 Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
        •       Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
        •       If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can resend it, but reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.



❗ Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Orders

If your order is damaged, lost, or you receive the wrong item:
        1.      Contact us through our contact from within 7 days of delivery.
        2.      Include:
        •       A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
        •       Your order number
        •       A brief explanation
        3.      We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.



🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
        •       Buyer’s remorse
        •       Incorrect sizing or color selection

Please consult our size guides listed on each product page before placing your order.



✅ Refunds

We offer refunds only if:
        •       Your item arrives damaged
        •       You receive the wrong product
        •       Your order never arrives (and tracking confirms this)

To request a refund or replacement, contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your item.
